Before You Buy
What ages is The Perfect Party Box suitable for?
The Perfect Party Box is designed for children aged 4–9 years, with games and activities carefully planned to keep this age group engaged from start to finish.
How many children can play?
Each Party Box is designed for up to 12 children. Hosting a larger party? Simply add one or more Guest Packs to include additional children.
What's included in a kids' party box?
Everything you need to host a fun, organised kids' birthday party arrives ready to go, including:
- A step-by-step 90-minute Party Plan
- Easy-to-follow Host Cards
- All game equipment
- Awards and certificates
- Themed activities
There's no need to source games or print instructions yourself.
Which party themes are available?
At launch, The Perfect Party Box is available in four exciting themes:
- Dinosaur Discovery
- Unicorn Magic
- Mini Olympics
- Glow Disco Party
Each theme includes unique games, activities and party styling while following the same easy-to-host Party Plan.
How much does it cost?

Hosting the Party
How long does the party last?
Each Perfect Party Box includes a carefully planned 90-minute Party Plan, designed to keep children engaged while making the party simple and stress-free for parents.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Very little! We recommend reading through the Party Plan beforehand and setting up the game equipment before guests arrive. Everything is clearly explained in the Host Cards.
Can I host the kids' party indoors or outdoors?
Yes. Most themes can be hosted indoors or outdoors, making them perfect for homes, community halls or play spaces. Some games may simply need a little extra room depending on your venue.
What if it rains?
No problem. Most games can easily be adapted for indoor spaces, so a change in weather doesn't have to derail the party.
Do I need extra equipment?
All game equipment is included in your Perfect Party Box. You'll simply need enough space for children to move around safely and, for some games, access to a phone or speaker to play music.
Orders & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timeframes will depend on your location. Once your Party Box is on its way, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, so families across the country can enjoy The Perfect Party Box.
Can I buy Guest Packs later?
Absolutely. Each Perfect Party Box is designed for up to 12 children, with Guest Packs available separately if your guest list grows or you'd like to include more children.
What's your returns policy?
If your Party Box arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Full returns information will be available before we launch.

Absolutely. The Perfect Party Box is designed for parents to host confidently themselves — no party entertainer required. Your step-by-step Party Plan and easy-to-follow Host Cards guide you through every activity, so you always know what to do next.
Do I need to organise prizes?
No. Awards are included in every Party Box, giving every child a special way to finish the party without you needing to organise extra prizes.
What makes The Perfect Party Box different?
Unlike traditional kids' party supplies, The Perfect Party Box is a complete party experience in one box. The games, equipment, Party Plan, Host Cards and awards are all carefully planned and organised for you — saving hours of preparation and taking the guesswork out of hosting.

How many adults do I need to help?
The Perfect Party Box is designed to make hosting as simple as possible, with the Party Plan and Host Cards guiding you throughout. The number of adults you'll need will depend on the children's ages, group size and venue, and we always recommend appropriate adult supervision throughout the party.
Do I need to be good at hosting kids' parties?
Not at all. That's exactly what The Perfect Party Box is designed for. The Party Plan tells you what happens when, while the Host Cards guide you through each activity with simple instructions and prompts. You don't need party-hosting experience - we've already done the planning for you.
